The January 30 Express Entry draw issued 3,350 new rounds of invitations at noon.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 438, down five points from the January 23 draw, which had a cutoff of 443.
The lower cutoff is likely due to the draws being held only a week apart and the fact that the tie-breaking rule selected for candidates who had applied much earlier, drawing them from profiles submitted before April 26, 2018.
