Another Express Entry draw on January 22 issued 3,400 invitations to foreign nationals. CRS # 471

The Comprehensive Ranking System score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 471, two points lower than the last draw. Candidates’ profiles are awarded points for skill sets such as language skills, work experience and education. The tie-breaking rule favoured the lowest-scoring candidates who submitted profiles before May 9, 2019.

As of January 20, there were 141,258 candidates in the Express Entry pool. The largest group of candidates had scores in the 351-400 range. Express Entry draws occur approximately every two weeks; this draw has been the second draw of 2020.
