An Express Entry draw occurred on March 23 and issued 3,232 invitations to foreign nationals from the Canadian Experience Class.

The Comprehensive Ranking System score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 467. According to the tie-breaking rule, those submitting profiles before November 25, 2019 were selected. As of March 13, there were 146,881 candidates in the Express Entry pool.

For reference, the draw is a chance for skilled foreign nationals to fast-track their permanent residency applications. Candidates with profiles in the system are ranked according to criteria such as work experience, education and language skills.

Candidates can meet the Canadian Experience class criteria by having language skills and one year of skilled experience in Canada. While there is no education requirement, those with post-secondary education receive more points.
