An Express Entry draw was held on November 13 and 3,600 invitations were issued to fast-track skilled foreign nationals for permanent residency.
The Comprehensive Ranking System score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 472, three points lower than the previous draw on October 30. The tiebreaking rule for candidates with the lowest score was based on when they submitted their profiles. Candidates from the Federal Skilled Trades program were eligible in this round.
As of November 8, there were 132,521 candidates in the Express Entry pool, an increase of 6,640 candidates from October. The November 13 draw marks the 23rd draw of 2019, with draws happening approximately every two weeks. So far, 75,300 invitations have been issued through the Express Entry program this year.
