Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched an online permanent residence portal to allow select economic permanent resident programs to accept digital applications.

Candidates applying for the following programs can now submit their applications digitally:

• Non-Express Entry (base) Provincial Nominee Program
• Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
• Agri-Food Pilot
• Atlantic Immigration Pilot
• Quebec Selected Investor Program
• Quebec Entrepreneur Program
• Quebec Self-Employed Persons Program

IRCC reminds applicants that all program instructions have been updated to include instructions for online applications.
