As part of efforts to mark National Francophone Immigration Week, IRCC is highlighting the benefits of living in Francophone communities outside of Quebec.
IRCC notes that moving to a Francophone community outside of Quebec offers newcomers job opportunities in both official languages, a chance to improve English skills, enroll dependent children in French-language schools, and experience community services, such as health-care and daycare, in French.
IRCC has also announced additional Express Entry points for French-speaking candidates to promote the growth of Francophone communities outside of Quebec.
