Two Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws occurred last week in Manitoba and British Columbia.

B.C.’s draw occurred on March 10 and issued invitations to 332 candidates. Minimum scores across the three Skills Interest categories were 1-2 points lower than the previous draw on February 27. The Express Entry BC categories—Skilled Worker and International Graduate—also dropped by 5 and 2 points, respectively.

Manitoba’s draw occurred on March 12 and issued 222 invitations across three separate streams; 191 invitations were issued under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, with a minimum score of 496; 13 invitations were issued under the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, with a minimum score of 672.

Both minimum scores were lower than in the previous draw on February 27. The Skilled Workers in Manitoba minimum score only dropped by 3 points. However, the minimum score for the Skilled Workers Overseas stream dropped by 35 points. Eighteen invitations were also issued under the International Education stream.
