Provincial Nominee Program Draws: April 24–30

A new Manitoba PNP draw on April 25 invited 299 candidates to the province across three streams: Skilled Worker, International Education, and Skilled Workers Overseas.

This is Manitoba’s ninth draw this year and its sixty-fourth draw in total, making it one of the more active provinces in the PNP program.

The previous Skilled Worker draw saw a lower CRS cutoff threshold at 433, while the April 25 draw cut off at 510, issuing 208 letters of invitation. The International Education and Skilled Workers Overseas streams issued 25 and 66 letters respectively.

The latter category saw a dip in its CRS cutoff, inviting candidates with scores of at least 632 instead of the previous 695. All the candidates in this stream were invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative this time around.
