Provincial Nominee Program Draws: May 1 - 15

Several PNP draws have been held over the last few weeks, inviting candidates in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba to their province of choice.

The first draw was held on May 1 in Saskatchewan, inviting 202 candidates with minimum scores of 67 through the Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry streams. Saskatchewan also invited 43 candidates through the Entrepeneur program on May 2. On May 7, BC invited 187 candidates across 5 streams, with CRS scores remaining the same as the last draw. 20 candidates were also invited through the Entrepeneur stream on the same day.

Alberta invited 119 candidates to the province on May 8, with minimum scores standing at 400.  Manitoba had a draw the next day, inviting 170 candidates across the Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education, and Skilled Workers Overseas streams. The final draw over the two-week period was BC’s Tech Pilot draw, issuing 77 invitations across four streams, with minimum scores remaining at 90. In total, 818 skilled newcomers were invited to the provinces, filling gaps in the labour market and contributing to their diversity.
