Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced that clients are now able to book their own appointments online using Service Canada’s system. This change takes effect on Nov 30, 2020

IRCC clients who have not been contacted by Service Canada officers to schedule appointments for biometrics should now use the online tool to schedule their own biometrics appointments.

Clients are instructed to select the Service Canada location nearest to them for their appointments and IRCC reminds clients that walk-in service is currently unavailable.
