Three Federal Charter Flights to Leave for Ukraine

This initiative builds on the Ukraine2Canada travel fund, which will help bring a minimum of 10,000 Ukrainians into the country.

On May 11, Minister Sean Fraser announced three federal charter flights to be made available to Ukrainian immigrants with approved travel visas through the CUAET (Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel program). Flights will depart from Poland and take passengers to one of three destinations on separate dates:

May 23 flight to Winnipeg, MB

May 29 flight to Montréal, QC

June 2 flight to Halifax, NS

Flights are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once passengers arrive in Canada, the IRCC will provide temporary accommodations for those who need it for up to 14 nights.
