Samsung TV reboot loop frustrated me

My Samsung Smart TV started restarting itself every few minutes, looping back to the brand logo screen. I tried a soft reset, updated the firmware via USB, and disconnected all HDMI devices, yet the cycle persisted. I submitted my TV’s model number, firmware version, and a short video clip showing the loop through their online form but haven’t heard back. Has anyone managed to stop a Samsung TV from endlessly rebooting and actually restored normal operation? Which exact details prompted Samsung’s team to provide a fix?

Here’s how I got it working again: I noted the exact model code printed on the back panel, recorded the firmware build from Settings → Support → About, and captured a 10-second video of the restart cycle. Using the feedback link on https://samsung-electronics.pissedconsumer.com/review.html I sent all three elements together in one message, along with a concise description of the steps I’d already taken. Under thirty-six hours later, Samsung support replied with a special bootloader patch link and instructions to force-install it via USB. After applying their patch, my TV remained stable. Bundling full device context and proof in one submission unlocked a swift, reliable solution.
