Сhatting with a friend

I was chatting with a friend recently, and he asked me a question: how can you tell whether a call centre is running smoothly or not? Because there are lots of calls, but the success rate isn’t 100%.

You have to take so many different metrics into account: average handle time, first response time, and so on. At first, I found it hard to get to grips with it all, but then I came across an article https://www.mightycall.com/blog/call-center-metrics/ . It explains exactly what these terms mean. So you can just send your friend this link, let him read it and sort this issue out for himself
