Client Experience and Passport Client Experience Surveys

2 client experience-based surveys will be conducted through IRCC & Government of Canada in order for both groups to gain feedback on client-relations & learn how to serve clients better.

From February 25 to March 31, 2022, the IRCC is sending online invitations to applicants who received a decision on their applications through the IRCC in 2021. This survey is on client experience with IRCC and will be sent randomly to those who fit the above criteria.

This survey is voluntary and will in no way affect past, present, or future applications with the IRCC. Look for an email sent by Advanis, a research firm. The email sender should read as follows: survey+ircc_external2022@advanis.net and the link will start with surveys.advanis.ca/ircc. There should be no attachments in the email.

Additionally, the Government of Canada is randomly selecting those who received a Canadian passport in 2021 to take a passport client experience survey over the phone and in some cases, online. This will take place between March and May of 2022.

The survey is voluntary and will not affect past, present, or future passport applications. If you receive an invitation to complete the survey with your passport, the link will start as follows: surveys.advanis.ca/passport2021.
