About the Director of Global Hut Immigration Corp. Tushar Chawla, born and raised in one of the oldest known cities of the world: Varanasi, India. Mr. Chawla holds high standard business values that the environment Mr. Chawla grew up seeing his family manage multiple textile, garment manufacturing factory units, and hospitality banquet halls in the city of Varanasi, India. Garment industry manufacturing has stayed with our family for over three generations. The 01st of July, 2019, Mr. Chawla became the Founder of Global Hut Immigration Corp. Mr. Chawla has completed an M.B.A. degree from the University of Guelph, hotel management from Australia, and hotel management from Niagara College, human resources from Sheridan College, accounting from Mc. Master until level 3 CPA, and holds an active regulated professional license of Immigration profession, along with is a certified human resources leader designation holder. Mr. Chawla left his home country India at age 20, and has worked in the hospitality, International education-student recruitment. Some of Mr. Chawla's roles included: General Manager, Accounting Manager, Financial controller, Guest Services Manager, International Student Recruitment Manager of South Asia, Niagara College, and most recent the Director of Global Hut Immigration Corp, since 2019. Working in International Immigration environment with foreign students/workers is a second nature to Mr. Chawla, which naturally was achieved at his recent position of 'International Student Recruitment Manager of South Asia, Niagara College between 2009 to 2019. Mr. Chawla was the brain to develop the International student intake what it started at 100 in 2009 to reach 3000 students in 2018. In this role, Mr. Chawla worked closely with Canadian Trade Commissioners to promote Canadian education across the globe. With 10 years multiple travels made to: India, Sri-Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Jamaica and Bahamas, Mr. Chawla understands the International markets, foreign workers, the education, hospitality, and the Immigration industry well. At Niagara College, Mr. Chawla worked with 500+ agents from India which resulted in having a revenues of $54 million in 2018 for Niagara College International Department. As Mr. Chawla commented that 'it was of no surprise that all human resources professionals in the GTA with the exception of one were not aware of what the program offers for having given assistance to their well deserved foreign workers', this is where we come in, and this is where retention of foreign workers becomes a second nature... The labor shortage needs to be dealt with for many employers in 2022 to have in place for 2023 "What I am seeing in 2023 is a need for employers to get help.
