Services

1. Appeals
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

As a foreign lawyer with 18 years of litigation experience, I'm familiar with legal proceedings and have successfully transferred my legal skills into Canadian immigration practice.

The key to present appeals lies in identifying the issues clearly and accurately, then address them properly and clearly, which is the core of my service concerning appeals.

I cannot assure my clients a win, but they will definitely understand where they are and where we are heading to through my service.

Appeal is not about win or lose. Instead, it is about knowing whether you have a case, what is your case, how to handle your case, and finally, do it in a right way.

2. Business
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

I specialize in Federal Self-employed program, ICT work permit and BC PNP. Though the programs all have explicit criteria, taking every client's situation and experience are different into consideration, they are highly individualized.

To help my clients succeed, I not only prepare their applications, but also provide them guidance with regard to their business operation at the start-up stage.

9. PNP
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

PNP is one of my favourite topics as I've been regularly invited to Ashton College to deliver my presentation on PNPs. The regular activity equips me well with PNPs across Canada.

10. Temporary Visas
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

TRV applications should be straightforward, yet sometimes, they are not. I deal with normal TRVs, however, when coming to this category, most of the time, I handle applications with complexities, such as a TRV with an ARC, or a TRV with previous refusals.

My message to my prospects is the same to my clients: never take any immigration matters lightly. It doesn't matter how minor a thing concerning immigration looks like, it could have a huge impact on your life and future.
