Supporting French-speaking students outside Quebec
The Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot (FMCSP)
offers a temporary-to-permanent residence pathway for eligible French-speaking
international students pursuing post-secondary education in French at
designated learning institutions (DLIs) outside Quebec.
Application instructions for study permits under this pilot
have been issued, and a new FMCSP section has been added to the Temporary
Residents – Students page.
Additionally, content related to COVID-19 special measures
and entry/exit requirements has been removed from that page, as those measures
are no longer in effect.
