Air Pre-Arrival and Reporting Requirements Update

The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) has updated Memorandum D3-2-1, which covers procedures related to the use of aircraft in international commercial services.

Updated sections include the Delivery Requirements, Risk Assessment Notices, Unique Shipment Processes, and definition sections. Some general information has also been updated to reflect current regulations.

The document does not pertain to individual travellers’ reporting of personal goods; those interested in these regulations should refer to Memorandum D3-3-1. The full Memorandum D3-2-1 is on the CBSA website. More information can be found here.
