Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invites candidates in a surprise Express Entry round of invitations.

Canada held its latest Express Entry draw on the 26th of September. This time, 3000 candidates were invited with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of 504. This was an All-program draw, which means candidates from Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) were considered for this round of invitations.

The recent draw came as a surprise as this is the second all-program draw held in September 2023. The last draw was held just a week ago on September 19th, when 3,200 candidates were invited with a minimum CRS of 531.

This year, up until now, IRCC has conducted 16 all-program draws.
