Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) recently conducted the nineteenth Express Entry draw of 2023.

On July 6th, 2023, Canada issued 1,500 invitations to apply (ITAs) in its recent Express Entry draw. This time, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 463.

This was a category-based Express Entry draw for healthcare candidates, which means top ranking candidates employed in the healthcare occupations were considered. This is Canada’s second category-based draw for healthcare occupations of 2023. The CRS score this time is 13 points lower than the previous category-based draw that was held on June 28th, 2023, in which Canada invited 500 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 476.
