Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) recently conducted the thirteenth Express Entry draw of 2023.

On May 24th, 2023, Canada issued 4,800 invitations to apply (ITAs) in its recent Express Entry draw. This time, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 488.

This was an all-program Express Entry draw, which means candidates were considered from all three programs managed under the Express Entry application management system: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), or the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). This is Canada’s eighth all-program draw of 2023. The CRS score this time is five points higher than the previous all-program draw that was held on April 26th, 2023, in which Canada invited 3,500 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 483.
