Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new all-program Express Entry draw.

On August 1, 2023, IRCC issued 2000 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates in the latest all-program Express Entry draw. This is Canada’s 13th all-program draw of 2023, in which ITAs to the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) were issued through this round of invitations. Invited candidates this time required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 517.

The last all-program draw was held on July 11th this year, and 800 candidates were invited with a minimum CRS score of 505, which is 12 points lower than the recent all-program draw.

Canada is targeting to invite 465,000 new immigrants by the end of 2023.
