Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched an online survey for newcomers designed to help IRCC assess and improve its Settlement Program.

The survey is confidential and must be completed by December 18, 2020. Survey invitations will be sent to all newcomers who became Canadian permanent residents in the years 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019 and have reached the age of majority.

IRCC notes the survey is available in several languages, including English, French, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, and Farsi. IRCC estimates this survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and reminds recipients that participation is voluntary.
