Yassin Dabeh, a 19-year-old cleaner who worked at Middlesex Terrace in Delaware, Ontario is the region’s youngest COVID-19 death.

A Syrian refugee, Mr. Dabeh came to Canada with his family in 2016 and was interested in furthering his education.

The Delaware long-term care home, located near London, Ontario, is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. 150 cases, 72 residents and 78 staff, have been traced to the LTC facility with 15 deaths. An investigation into his death is underway.
