AirTalk Wireless data speeds dropped overnight

Upgraded to AirTalk Wireless’s high-speed data package, but my download speeds fell back to 3G levels without warning. I rebooted my device, verified the plan in the app, and even toggled airplane mode—nothing changed. I used their support form to describe the issue, but haven’t received any acknowledgment or troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced sudden speed throttling and eventually had full LTE restored? I’m interested in what details prompted AirTalk Wireless to fix it.
