Anyone here using Hisense products?

I’ve been looking into Hisense lately since they seem to be growing pretty fast in TVs, appliances, and even smart home gadgets. I’ve seen some of their TVs with pretty solid picture quality for the price, but I don’t know much about their long-term reliability or how their appliances hold up compared to bigger brands.
Does anyone here own a Hisense TV, fridge, or any of their other products? How’s the quality, durability, and customer service? Curious if they’re worth it or just a budget option.

100%, I’ve got a Hisense smart TV in my living room, and it’s been a solid surprise. The picture quality is impressively sharp, even compared to pricier brands. I’ve had it for almost a year now, and aside from the occasional software update hiccup, it’s been smooth sailing. I once needed help adjusting settings and ended up using hisense.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service , which walked me through things more clearly than I’d expected—like someone patiently explaining a recipe step by step over the phone. Few hiccups, no drama. Honestly, for the price, Hisense feels like one of those delightful finds—stylish, capable, and surprisingly reliable.
