Trong nhóm này có thể có những sản phẩm chứa vitamin, khoáng chất hoặc các dưỡng chất khác, nhưng công thức cụ thể cần được xem trực tiếp trên từng trang. Tôi thấy cách này hữu ích hơn việc chọn sản phẩm chỉ dựa vào tên danh mục. Nếu đã dùng vitamin tổng hợp hoặc sản phẩm dinh dưỡng khác, tôi cũng kiểm tra thành phần để biết có bị trùng lặp hay không.
