Basement Service Visit Needs Followup
By: lleailea on Oct 19, 2026 05:06 AM EST
During the last EverDry visit, the technician handled the main issue but one damp area was left for monitoring. A few days later it still looks the same. Should that normally stay under the same service case or become a new appointment? I would rather continue the existing case if that is how follow-up is usually handled. It would help to know whether EverDry normally treats that as unfinished work.

Damp areas left for observation can often stay connected to the original service visit. For this follow-up request, everdries phone number is a way to reach support staff and ask whether the existing case remains open or another appointment is needed. The original visit date, technician name if available, and location of the monitored area should be enough to identify the work. A helpful response can explain what the next inspection normally includes, whether the same technician may return, and whether the follow-up remains part of the earlier service rather than becoming a separate appointment.
