Best way to start using AI in a consulting workflow

By: Bryant on Jun 14, 2026 12:17 PM EST
Hey everyone, I work at a consulting firm and we are finally getting the green light to bring some AI tools into our daily workflow. The thing is, none of us are developers, so I am trying to figure out the smartest way to find ready-made solutions we can actually use without a huge learning curve. Any tips on where to look and what actually works for data analysis and slide decks?

Getting into AI without a coding background used to be a massive barrier, but there are now platforms built for non-developers who still need automation and analytics. An AI code exchange platform lets you browse pre-built modules that other people have already tested, and you can explore what is available right here https://tetrees.ai/?utm_source=upv . The real time-saver is finding components that plug into your existing spreadsheets and reporting tools, rather than building from scratch.

Run a pilot with just two or three team members first, not the whole office. A small group can test what actually works and create a quick guide for everyone else, which saves a ton of confusion later.
