Blank pages in photo book order
By: tanna on Jul 17, 2025 07:28 AM EST
I spent hours arranging family vacation photos into a Snapfish photo book, paid for overnight shipping to send to my parents before Mother’s Day, but the package arrived with several blank pages where pictures should be. I confirmed the file upload looked correct in the preview, then used the help form but haven’t heard back. Has anyone managed to replace missing prints from a botched Snapfish book and actually got a corrected copy? Which exact details prompted their team to step in?

Juggling work and last-minute gift prep, I gathered all the essentials before contacting support in one shot. I copied my order confirmation number, made note of the missing page numbers from the preview (pages 6–8 and 12–13), and snapped photos of the blank pages in the delivered book. Then I submitted everything through the form on https://snapfish.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , including order reference, affected page list, and both images together with a brief description of my Mother’s Day deadline. Under thirty-six hours later, Snapfish support replied apologizing for the printing error, confirmed they’d received my submission, and expedited a replacement book that arrived fully printed before the holiday. Consolidating full order details, precise page issues, and visual proof in a single message unlocked a prompt and accurate fix.
