Ceramic coating or PPF – what's actually worth it for a daily driver?

I've been going back and forth for weeks trying to decide whether to get ceramic coating or paint protection film on my 2021 Nissan Patrol, and I honestly can't make up my mind because everyone I ask gives me a different opinion. I use the car as a daily driver here in Abu Dhabi, so it's constantly exposed to sun, dust, and the occasional gravel spray on the highways, and I want to protect the paint without spending a fortune on something that might not be worth it for a non-exotic car. I've read tons of forum posts and watched countless YouTube videos, but I'm still confused about which option actually offers better value for someone who's not a hardcore car enthusiast but still cares about how their car looks. I came across a detailing place that offers both services and they seem to know their stuff, so I was planning to click here and check out their packages to see what they actually include. Has anyone here done either treatment on a similar daily driver and can share whether it was actually worth the investment? I'm particularly worried about ceramic coating not offering enough protection against rock chips, but PPF seems so expensive that I'm not sure it makes sense for a car that's going to see normal wear and tear anyway. Would love to hear some real-world experiences from people who've gone through this decision process.
