Does AOL still have a working support line?
By: tanna on Oct 24, 2025 04:35 AM EST
I’ve been an AOL user for ages, but lately it’s impossible to find a proper number for technical issues. Emails go unanswered, and chatbots don’t resolve anything. Has anyone managed to get live support from AOL recently?

When I couldn’t get a reply through their web form, I found that visiting https://aol.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html offered a better route. It lists updated channels for user support, including the right steps for older accounts. Once I followed those, I was finally able to get my issue addressed. It may take patience, but at least it gets you connected to real assistance.
