Equipment broke before vacation

On the eve of the trip, my Yarbo device stopped charging properly, so I decided to contact the support service. At first they answered, but the promised replacement part took much longer than expected. In the end, I wasted time and nerves, although I was planning a carefree trip. Is there any point in insisting on an expedited replacement or is it better to immediately look for an alternative?

I had a similar situation with a device not working as expected and felt unsure about whether to wait or look for alternatives, sometimes reaching out more than once can clarify the options, I noticed that Yarbo customer service provides guidance and support for replacements, it helped me understand what to expect and plan accordingly, in the end being patient but informed made the process less stressful and easier to manage.

That sounds really frustrating — waiting for a replacement when you’re about to travel can completely ruin the mood. I had a similar experience once, and I learned it’s sometimes faster to look for a local fix or temporary alternative instead of relying on slow support. It’s like playing sudoku — when one path keeps leading to dead ends, it’s better to pause, rethink, and start fresh from another angle.
