Hi everyone! Margin became much clearer to me once I understood that it’s the amount set aside to support a leveraged position, rather than simply another trading fee. When comparing trusted forex brokers, I’d check their FCA status, margin requirements and leverage limits carefully, because those details can change how much capital is tied up and how quickly losses affect an account. A demo account is useful for seeing how margin, lots and pip values work together in practice. I’d also keep plenty of free margin instead of pushing every trade to the limit. With leveraged forex and CFDs, sensible position sizing matters a lot.
