Getting through to Eero’s real support team

Setting up a mesh network should be simple, but I’ve run into pairing issues that online articles can’t solve. Does anyone know the quickest way to reach someone who can check signal strength and configuration in real time?

The trick that saved me was keeping a written summary of what I’d already tried firmware updates, restarts, and node resets so I wouldn’t repeat steps. When I reached out via Eero customer service, I included photos of device placement and router logs from the same timeframe. Within 20 minutes, an agent explained interference from a nearby baby monitor was the culprit. Repositioning one node solved the dropouts entirely. That single call was worth every minute of prep.
