Growing social media accounts: real experience and questions
By: PatrickVogt on Mar 26, 2026 08:29 AM EST
Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how people actually grow their social media pages. Some say it’s all about posting every day and following trends, others insist that promotion services are almost necessary in the beginning. I run a small page and sometimes it feels like the growth is extremely slow no matter how consistent I try to be. Have any of you tried working with promotion platforms or agencies before? Did it actually help your account look more active and attract new people?

Yeah, I actually tried something like that not long ago. My page had been stuck at almost the same number of followers for months, and I honestly felt like I was doing something wrong. A friend suggested I look into SMM-World because he had used their services before. I decided to give it a try and see what would happen. One thing I noticed is that the process was pretty simple and didn’t require much effort from my side. I was mostly interested in the option to buy real followers smm world , just to give the page a bit more credibility. Surprisingly, after that the account started looking much more active and new people began interacting with my posts more often. Of course content still matters, but that initial boost really helped.

I’ve always wondered if those kinds of boosts could help an account get past the early stage where almost nobody notices your posts. Sometimes it feels like social media works on momentum — once people see activity, they are more likely to follow or comment. Personally, I still focus a lot on improving the quality of posts and trying different formats, but I can understand why some creators look for additional ways to push their pages forward.
