How to figure out why traffic is high but conversions are almost zero?

Good day everyone! We are facing a really frustrating issue with our digital promotion strategy right now. We launched a brand new search campaign, and within days, our website traffic jumped significantly. People are clicking, but nobody is filling out the contact forms or calling us. It feels like we are just paying for empty clicks. Has anyone dealt with this disconnect between traffic and actual sales? Where are we messing up—is it the keywords, the landing page, or something else entirely?

That's a classic symptom of mismatched search intent or a weak landing page. If users search for general information and land on a commercial page, or vice versa, they'll bounce immediately without converting. Also, if your site isn't optimized for mobile devices or lacks clear calls to action, the ad budget goes straight down the drain. You definitely need a comprehensive audit of your setup. Take a look at the services and optimization approaches described at ppc to understand how they align search queries, negative words, and landing pages to fix precisely this problem. Hope this helps!
