How to improve the product management process?
By: Fadaza on Jan 16, 2026 10:54 AM EST
In our company we’ve been discussing the need for a more robust strategy around product information, especially since we’re selling across multiple channels. Right now, our team struggles with data inconsistencies, manual syncing between systems, and delayed go-live timelines whenever a new product is added. It’s clear that having a strong PIM is essential, but I’m realizing even more now that the way a PIM is integrated across the organization makes all the difference.

I read on Axis Intelligence really drilled into that point. It’s about more than just choosing a PIM tool; it’s about designing integration strategies that align with an organization’s architecture. You can find a detailed breakdown at https://axis-intelligence.com/pim-integration-strategies-piminto/including best practices for connecting PIM systems with ERP, commerce platforms, APIs, and analytics tools to create a seamless data ecosystem. It talks about how PIMinto leverages integration patterns to maintain data quality and reduce silos across IT and business units.
