Ich brauche Hilfe, weil mein Spielstil oft unruhig ist und sich ständig verändert. Manchmal handle ich impulsiv und verliere dadurch die Kontrolle. Ich möchte lernen, einen gleichmäßigen Rhythmus zu halten und stabil zu bleiben. Ich denke, dass ein konstanter Ansatz mir helfen würde, klarer zu denken und das Spiel angenehmer zu gestalten.

Viele unterschätzen, wie stark die eigene Erwartungshaltung den gesamten Spielverlauf beeinflusst. Wenn man zu hohe Erwartungen hat, entsteht schnell Druck, selbst wenn die Situation eigentlich ruhig ist. Ich habe festgestellt, dass es deutlich besser funktioniert, wenn man ohne feste Erwartungen spielt und den Prozess so nimmt, wie er kommt.
