If you already got refugee status in Egypt, then you cannot apply to Canada for refugee protection. However, based on your education, work experience, English language ability, etc., you may be eligible to apply to a permanent residency program to set up permanent residency in Canada. If you are outside your home country due to the reason of persecution and you want to seek refugee protection from Canada, you may check IRCC's website to see whether there's a solution based on your situation: :https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/refugees.html
