International Contractor Payouts
By: Ebilas on Oct 25, 2026 01:48 PM EST
We pay contractors in several countries and currently lose time to separate bank transfers, exchange steps, and manual reconciliation. I’m looking for a process where finance can prepare many payouts together, while recipients get funds without waiting through a long correspondent-bank chain. Does Performa support bulk payouts and more than one funding currency? I’d also like to know how recipients access the money and whether the setup can work with our existing payroll workflow instead of replacing every internal system.

The Global Payouts page describes sending payments to teams and contractors in 170+ countries, with funding in USDT or 25+ fiat currencies through SWIFT or SEPA. Payouts can be uploaded by CSV, sent through an API, or entered manually; recipients receive funds through Coinhold Wallet and can withdraw locally in many countries. You can review the overview here: Performa global payouts. For a fit check, I’d ask about supported recipient locations, verification, and integration with your payroll process.

That's a common challenge! Performa sounds like it could be a great fit. Their platform is known for streamlining international payouts, so you can probably ditch those manual reconciliation headaches. Imagine it like a Drift Boss, navigating complex payments with ease. Many users find their bulk payout features and multi-currency support a lifesaver. Plus, they usually integrate well with existing payroll systems, making recipient access seamless without replacing everything.
