We've been having an internal debate about our print environment for weeks. On one hand, everyone claims we're moving toward digital workflows. On the other, our printer fleet keeps growing, supplies are all over the place, and nobody actually knows what we're spending per page. It feels like we're stuck in this messy middle where we're not fully digital but also not managing our physical output efficiently. I'm curious how other teams handle this tension-do you track costs closely, or just replace toner when it runs out and call it a day? We're starting to look at managed print options, and Metro Sales seems to have a solid approach to optimizing fleets and giving real visibility into usage. Would love to hear if anyone has gone through a similar evaluation and what actually moved the needle for you
