Keeping A Barcelona Map Updated

I’m helping a friend plan a Barcelona trip, and we started comparing different club maps. The strange thing is that several maps appear to contain locations that don’t match newer information elsewhere. That makes me wonder how frequently local directories are actually updated when clubs move or change their details. I’d rather check a current source than build a trip plan around an outdated address. How can I tell whether a Barcelona club map is actually up to date?
