Lead generation services that set up appointments?

I am a real estate agent and signed up for a paid service that promised to set up an appointment and handle the follow up. I took their training, stayed active in the program and followed the coaches advice. The results were disappointing. Just a couple of poor sessions and then they introduced new refund policies that I was not aware of when I joined the program. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences with these types of services? Or has anyone actually found one that worked as promised?

I paid a good amount of money to one company for help with leads, but received only a couple of weak calls and a bunch of replies. I realized that many services are simply beautifully packaged, but the result is zero. But fortunately, later I found MoreMeetings B2B lead generation service with more qualified meetings. They are aimed specifically at B2B, they do not promise fairy tales, but they give clear meetings with real people. The team is in the know, it feels like they know the market and how to present a service so that it hooks.
