My Golf's DSG gearbox is acting up, any recommended specialists?

So I've got a bit of a worrying situation with my Volkswagen Golf that's been developing over the past month or so. The DSG transmission has started jerking when pulling away from a standstill, almost like it's hesitating before engaging, and I've also noticed some rough changes between first and second gear when the car is cold. It's fine once it warms up, but that initial hesitation is really concerning me because I know these DSG boxes can be expensive to fix if they fail completely. I've been pretty diligent about servicing the car, but I can't remember if the DSG oil has ever been changed, which I've since learned is absolutely critical on these gearboxes. I'm not sure if I'm looking at a simple service issue or if something more serious is going on internally. I really don't want to take it to a general garage that might not have the proper diagnostic equipment for these transmissions, because I've heard horror stories about places using the wrong fluid or not following the correct procedures. I'm based in Abu Dhabi and I'm looking for a Certified Volkswagen repair service in Abu Dhabi that actually knows these DSG systems inside out. Has anyone else experienced DSG issues on their Golf and managed to get them resolved? Was it just a service or did you need more serious repairs?
