PR while Studying

By: Pulkit on Aug 26, 2020 12:12 PM EST
Good morning,

Recently someone gave me your information and how you deal with immigration services. They had seen a video of yours where you may have talked about getting PR of Canada while studying.

Could you please tell me how that's possible? And could you please share a link from the IRCC website or any link regarding this?

Regards,
Pulkit

Hi Pulkit,

Good morning! Absolutely—many students in Canada transition from a study permit to permanent residency (PR) through programs like the Canadian Experience Class or Provincial Nominee Programs. Typically, after graduating and gaining one or two years of skilled work experience, you become eligible to apply. You can get all the official details directly from IRCC’s website under the “Study” and “Work” sections. Here’s a reliable link: IRCC – “Pathways to permanent residence for international graduates.” geometry dash lite
