Ring Security not responding to alerts

My Ring camera keeps sending false motion alerts, and the app support isn’t helping. Does anyone know a number where I can actually talk to someone from Ring Security?

When my Ring device started detecting shadows as motion, I got constant notifications that made it impossible to relax. I ended up using the info from https://ring-security.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to reach support. The agent helped me adjust sensitivity levels and taught me how to set motion zones properly. Since then, it’s been quiet and accurate. The call was short but really effective compared to messaging bots that only repeat standard advice.
