Sick of strict betting limits during big tournaments

Is it just me, or have UK bookies become absolutely unplayable recently? With the Euros going on, I wanted to place a slightly bigger wager on a couple of group stage matches, and my usual app instantly capped my stake. It’s ridiculous. I’m not a high roller by any means, but being told I can only bet £20 on a major football match is insulting. Does anyone know a reliable bookmaker that still welcomes UK players but doesn’t have these pathetic automated limits the moment you show a bit of confidence in a bet?

I ran into the exact same wall last month during the Champions League final, it's incredibly frustrating. A lot of guys from my local pub told me to look into non-UKGC sites, and that's how I found Goldenbet. They don't have those suffocating restrictions. If you want to see how their sportsbook and limits hold up, there is a comprehensive overview on this page https://ukcasinowelcomebonus.co.uk/casino/goldenbet-casino/ which basically explains their whole setup for British bettors. Personally, I've been using them for all my football accumulators recently and haven't been limited once. Plus, they support credit cards, which is another huge bonus if you're tired of the restrictive UK banking rules.
