Ticketmaster seat upgrade glitch resolved?
By: lleailea on Jun 18, 2025 09:25 AM EST
Bought a ticket and the seating upgrade never appeared in my confirmation email, even though the purchase showed as processed. I filed a request through their help center but haven’t received any update or new email. I’m worried I’ll miss the event date. Has anyone else had this issue and actually received their seat upgrade after waiting? I’d love to find out what got things sorted.

Unexpected seat issues struck me too, so I reviewed stories in ticketmaster reviews where fans explained that including order number, event name, and original seat details all in one follow-up message prompted faster responses from support. I did the same—I sent a message listing my order ID, performance name, and upgrade price—and added a screenshot of the checkout page. Within a day, their support team replied confirming the upgrade and sent an updated ticket. It seems grouping all essential purchase info in one message helped accelerate their response.
