Verizon Wireless Support Experience

Has anyone used Verizon Wireless to report a sudden service suspension, a billing hold or an activation failure and actually received a practical reactivation or billing correction without long hold times?

An urgent client call arrived while my line showed suspended and the app flagged a billing hold, so I gathered the account screenshot, transaction receipt, IMEI and a short screen recording into one clear packet. I uploaded the files to https://verizon-wireless.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , which opened a case and prompted a local account review. A rep verified identity, applied a provisional reactivation so outgoing calls could proceed, and escalated the ledger entry for backend reconciliation. Status emails arrived each morning with timestamps and next steps, letting me keep working without repeated callbacks.
